ADCET
The Australian Disability Clearinghouse on Education and Training (ADCET) provides up to date, accurate and comprehensive information about inclusive teaching, learning and assessment strategies, accommodations and support services for people with disabilities in post secondary education and training. ADCET services are primarily targeted at teachers, disability practitioners, learning support staff and researchers. However, the database also includes information and resources that may be useful for students.
Association of Higher Education and Disability
The AHEAD web site includes past issues of the Journal of Postsecondary Education and Disability, which includes articles about services/supports for students with disabilities in the university/higher ed settings (available to members only).
Australasian Network of Students With Disabilities
A student organisation, advocating, promoting, lobbying and campaigning on disability issues.
Braille House Library Education Catalogues
The Braille House Education and Special Requests section holds as paper-based or electronic masters, a wide range of educational material transcribed for the Education Department and Universities. Catalogues are currently held in Duxbury print format and are maintained by the Queensland Braille Writing Association Inc.
Centre of Excellence
This site provides publications, information and resources to assist participation of Deaf and hard of hearing students in TAFE across the state of Victoria.
Disability Central
An information source for people with a disability living in Central Australia, aimed at enhancing access to post secondary education, training and/or employment. The web site is an RDLO/DCO project administered by Waltja Tjutangku Palyapayi Aboriginal Corporation.
EDNA
Education Network Australia (edna) is Australia's free online network for educators, including resources and news updates for students with disability.
Extra Language Resources
Specific speech, language and literacy targets. Designed by Speech Pathologists - intended for professionals, teachers and parents. For children and adults with speech and language disorders, delayed learning and reading support needs. Interactive web-based resources.
Fluid Project
A worldwide collaborative project to help improve the usability and accessibility of community open source projects with a focus on academic software for universities.
Inclusion in Science Education for Students with Disabilities
Lists some 800+ strategies for teaching students having disabilities. Although the site's focus is science education, the strategies are relevant to most subjects, such as English or History or Economics (simply ignore sections on Laboratory and Field Experiences).
Learning Difficulties Coalition NSW
The peak advocay group for parents of students with learning difficulties, AD/HD, dyslexia, Tourette Syndrome, Autism and Aspergers Syndrome, Velo-Cardio-Facial Syndrome, dyspraxia and anxiety disorders across the state.

An eduational movement program to assist children with learning dificulties to learn and achieve at school.

Resources for teaching disability awareness and attitudinal change.
Option Keys
A website for students, teachers and resource developers to assist in the production of accessible online learning materials - provides information on web accessibility, student scenarios with audio and sample HTML code.
Planet Wobble
Based on a fictional planet, these animated, switch accessible, talking books and related on-screen activities are firmly rooted in current educational literacy strategies and provide an additional classroom resource for early reading and writing skills.
Red and Green Choices
This site offers resources, strategies and supportive materials for encouraging a positive behavioral development strategy for students with Autism or behavioral predispositions. This includes behavioral explanations, theories, principles, strategies and about 30 charts to be used within the school environment and at home.
