- CHANGE is a national organisation run by people with disability. People with learning disabilities in CHANGE campaign and work for equal rights for all people with learning disabilities including people with learning disabilities who are deaf or blind. The website includes audio and pictorial communication.

- Mencap is an organisation that works with people with a learning disability, and their families and carers. Their web site uses picture symbols and sound to improve communication to their members.

- Picture dictionary web site with lots of links to sites of interest on the net, including music, games, films, stories and things to do. You may need a JavaScript enabled browser or Shockwave plugin to play some of the games.
